  1. How can I contact you?

    Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu to the left.

  2. Method of Payment

    I accept the following methods of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Money Orders, and Checks. Orders paid by check will ship when the check clears. International checks are not accepted.
  3. Are the tools new or used?

    All products sold are new factory products unless noted as such. Generally those tools that have a catalog or SKU number ending with a U are used tools, those ending with an R are factory reconditioned.
  4. Did my order go through?

    Your order was successfully placed if you received an order ID number and an e-mail from us. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the e-mail to arrive, and make sure it is not placed in your Spam or Junk folder by your e-mail program. If you have any difficulty placing an order please e-mail mike@mikestools.com.
  5. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. I prefer to use Express Mail for all packages that will meet their criteria. It is the least expensive way to ship and provides a tracking number. Items that do not meet those standards may go through a freight forwarder and can go by air or sea. You are responsible for all customs and duties.
  6. Do you have a storefront?

    Yes, storefront is now open from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturday.
  7. What about warranty service?

    You can contact me for a referal on warranty work at mike@mikestools.com.
  8. When will my order ship?

    All orders within normal business hours are usually shipped the same day provided the item is in stock. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking numbers when your order has shipped. If the product is not available for some reason an explanation will be e-mailed to you. Weekend orders will ususally ship the next business day.
  9. Is there a danger of double orders?

    No, I check every order before it ships. Any duplicate orders would be caught and investigated prior to processing.
  10. How long have you been in business?

    I opened my first store in Fountain Valley, California in September, 1997. I have been selling tools online for 16 years.
