How to Change the blades
- Raise the cutterhead above 4” depth of cut.
- Remove the screws holding the chip deflector or dust port in place,
- then remove the deflector/port.
- Insert the supplied wrench, and turn the cutterhead until it locks in place.
- Remove seven screws and use magnetic end of wrench to remove the hold down bar.
- Place the magnetized end of the wrench at the center of the knife, left the wrench until the knife separates from the pins.
- Repeat on remaining (2) two knives.
- Knives are double sided. If the 2nd side is unused rotate the blades 180 degrees. If both sides are used replace with new blades.
- Place the knives on the indexing pins, and replace the hold down bar tightening all seven screws.
- Repeat on remaining 2 (two) knives.
