Free Shipping programs are for UPS Ground Only and Limited to USA.
Store Pickup: All will call orders must be placed online. Your will be notified via email when your order is ready for pick-up. Store Pickup is Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm PDST and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm PDST. This is a warehouse only. No storefront.There is no sign above the door.
There will be times when products will not be available for immediate shipment. I will advise you of that situation when it occurs via email. I will ask you if you want partial orders shipped or wait till the entire order is ready. The shipping costs will be less if you wait. Your credit card will not be processed until the order is within 24 hours of being shipped.
Our recommended shipping carrier is UPS. US Mail is also available. Packages over 150 lbs must go through a freight service and details will be provided upon order.
All duties and customs for international orders are the responsibility of the receiver.
UPS Canadian Shipping.
UPS charges brokerage fees (Estimated to be around $45) for shipments to Canada. You are also responsible for any customs and duties Canada might charge. Check with UPS in Canada for the brokerage fees. All duties and customs for international orders are the responsibility of the receiver.
Flammable items: All flammable items such as glue, waxes, and solvents must be shipped via UPS Ground.
