It is my goal to insure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason during the first 30 days after you have received your order, you may return any unopened package for a full refund of the purchase price. All electrical/electronic components (I.e. motors, switches, breakers, capacitors are not returnable)
All return requests are subject to approval. To request a return authorization, log into your account and view your orders. Select the order you are interested in returning and view the details. Check each item from the order that you would like to return and click the Request Return button.
If you do not have an account, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, address, phone number, products ordered and reason for return.
Once you have a return authorization number (RMA #), enclose a copy of your RMA, original receipt, and wrap the package securely. For your protection I recommend that you use insured U.S. Parcel Post or UPS for shipment.
Your account will be credited or a check issued (depending on method of payment) to you as soon as the package is received and inspected.
Please note I can process returns and refunds only on items purchased at Mike's Wood & Metal Tools. Opened packages and used items may be allowed for partial credit depending on sale-ability and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
