From time to time you may want to plug pocket holes if they are in a visible location. Kreg Pocket Hole Plugs are pre-cut and make this process a snap! Simply glue into place and sand flush for a great finished look.
Directions:
- Apply a thin even coat of glue inside the pocket hole with a small brush or cotton swab and the outer diameter of the plug from the blunt end to 1/8" of the flat oval end.
- Starting at the midpoint of the pocket hole, insert the blunt end and push into place using plug setter on the bottom of the Mini Kreg Jig or use a scrap wood block and tap with a mallet.
- Allow glue to form a tough skin, skim off excess glue with a hand scraper or wipe off thoroughly with a damp cloth
- When dry scrape and/sand away excess material.. If sanding by hand use a hard sanding block for best results
