Solid brass components come with either a solid carbide spiral bit or straight bit with 1/8” cutting diameter and 1/4” shank. The interchangeable brass bushing and your own template design make it easy - just remove and re-assemble the small bushing to make the recess in the workpiece and cut out the inlay.
