Can be as loud as abrasive saw as the blade gets dull. Not as many cuts as advertised out of the blade. Buy at least one extra blade cause you'll need to get it sharpened more often than you think. Nice clean cuts-as long as the blade is sharp.

Very happy with this saw. I'm not an expert but this saw has performed well as promised and is a pleasure to use.
